Payment & cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made by email to contact@greystonesglamping.com at least 14 days before arrival (or six weeks before arrival for full-site bookings).
Refund structure
- Cancelled up to 14 days before arrival80% refund
- Cancelled 7–14 days before arrival50% refund
- Cancelled less than 7 days before arrival30% refund
Check-in, check-out & guests
- Arrival is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm; departure is by 12 noon.
- Each bell tent accommodates two adults only.
- Glamping guests only, please — other guests are not permitted on the grounds.
- Strict quiet hours apply after midnight. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave for disturbances.
Guest responsibilities & restrictions
- Please keep communal areas tidy and recycle where provided.
- Strictly no smoking inside the tents or bathrooms.
- Any damage caused must be paid for in full.
- Hen and stag parties are not accommodated.
- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets, due to allergies.
What’s provided
Each tent comes with sheets, bedding, electric blankets, heaters, towels and toiletries, with a private bathroom.
Force majeure
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of extreme weather or other emergencies. Where a closure is enforced by government, payments will be refunded or credited. Ordinary weather conditions such as rain or wind are not grounds for a refund.
